Based in East Hampton, NY, WDD builds single family homes in the unique and historic areas of East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. It performs all phases - conceptual definition, design, materials, construction, interior design, and custom finish/furniture fabrication. WDD projects demand a holistic approach and strategic vision for what can be achieved, distinctive for each land parcel and home it develops.

Blake Watkins
Blake’s design and development career began in 2002 with his hospitality ventures in New York City. He went on to launch projects in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in the mid-2000’s and currently is active in East Hampton, NY, as founder and owner of residential real estate design and development firm WDD. Blake grew up in Texas and and graduated with an engineering degress from Texas A&M University. He spent the majority of his adult years living in New York and Brazil. The wide array of living experiences has afforded him a lifetime of exposure to call upon for inspiration in designing and building artful spaces.

Fabiana Hebert
A longtime design enthusiast and former founder of Choiss in New York, Fabiana was born in the south of Brazil and
graduated in Fashion Business from Anhembi Morumbi in
Sao Paulo. Having lived in Sao Paulo, London, Australia, and New York, Fabiana has developed a vision of various
perspectives when it comes to design, spanning across fashion and home interiors.
